About us

The Faculty Welfare Cell (FWC) was established in order to provide a happy and encouraging work environment and help the Institutional community succeed more. The Faculty Welfare Cell will function as a constituent group to offer a place for open communication and continuing discussion among staff. The goal of the cell is to actively listen, communicate, identify employee needs, and foster their development and wellbeing through effective leadership. The FWC cell takes care of the needs of the employees in order to maintain high morale, to guarantee a good working environment for staff members, and to organise for the staff's charitable facilities.

Functions

• Make sure the workplace is comfortable for all employees.
• Keep moral standards high by attending to the requirements of the personnel
• Plan for administrative and teaching personnel general welfare initiatives.
• Create a healthy workplace and encourage effective communication among the workforces.
• Give people the chance to attend workshops, seminars, symposiums, and conferences held by other organisations and agencies both inside and outside of their city, region, or state.
• Plan and coordinate recurring events for staff (Administrative) Development Programs, Faculty Development Programs, and Faculty Improvement Programs.
• Plan staff motivational and leisure activities, such as picnics and awards ceremonies.
