HRDC of Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University Provided internship for the students of III Year Agriculture Engineering. A batch of 10 students had undergone for Research activities and they were able to understand their proficiency on Food Processing Technology, Soil Testing etc.,
HRDC of Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University Provided internship for the students of III Year ECE . A batch of 2 students had undergone Training in Telecom center (Department of Telecommunication.,NLC).
The students of Final year MBA had undergone for internship at Industrial Rubber Company (IRC) at Trichy. The students gained experience on voice processing, data compilation, HR and financial management. Every day they are learning the art of data extracting and other working responsibilities in this organization.
Three of our III year students from Information Technology went for 15-day internship at V Dart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Trichy. These students were playing the role of internal IT support. They were working on the platform named "Tableau" where these students keen on extracting the data of the employees, business and so on.
Our Final Year MBA students had undergone for an internship at V Dart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Trichy for 15 days. The students were divided into teams as Junior Recruiter, HR and Recruitment Crew for conducting on and off campus drives. The students prepared the check list for the every positions and they figured out the ideas on eligibility criteria with different parameters. The other team which is working on the role of a HR identifies the importance of HR in a recruitment a new employees to the organization. They understand about human resources business partner, or HRBP, is an HR professional who can handle everything from hiring and benefits to compliance and employee relations.
Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) provided two months internship with stipend for Two students from III year Engineering a at Cyber Vault, Coimbatore Branch (Singapore Based Company). The students are from III year IT and Cyber Security. The internship is about implementation of Artificial Intelligence, Python and Cyber Security in live projects.
Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) provided one month internship to five of our students from III year Cyber Security at Astonis Infotech Pvt. Ltd, Bharathidsan Technology Park, Trichy.. They are currently working on Debugging, Web Development and Database Management

Our Human Resource Development Centre has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Morais City International Business Park, Tiruchirappalli on 16-05-2024 at DSU Campus.
The department of HRDC has signed MoU with 1. ICAR - National Research Centre for Banana (ICAR - NRCB) Central Institute 29th October 2024 with the objective of bridging the gap between the institute and the academia for the students particularly in the area of Research, Internship and knowledge sharing by the scientist of NRCB.
2. We had MoU with The GTT Foundation, Pune who provide access to employability enhancement related activities through blended learning model.
3. We had MoU with the founder of Inlustro, to explore opportunities on Centre of Excellence, Value Added programs, Impact internship program, FDP, Research and Industry Consultation for the students community.

Human Resource Development Center organized awareness cum orientation programme on "AWARENESS ON GOVERNMENT COMPETITIVE EXAM" for the students of III year Engineering . This event is arranged as a part of MoU proceedings.
Human Resource Development Center organised a spacial Talk on "EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN WORKPLACE" for the Engineering Students of Second and Third year. The Resource person highlighted the importance of Team work and Communication in a working Environment.
Our Human Resource Development Centre of DSU organized a programme on Exploring the Techniques to Crack Government Examinations for the 205 students of First Year School of Engineering and Technology in the branches of Mechanical, EEE, ECE & Agricultural Engineering on 05-09-2024 at Seminar Hall, SET Block from 11.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Mr. Ramesh Kumar Trainer, Government Examinations Lead and Mrs. Shantha Sheela, Branch Manager from Veranda Race Learning Solutions acted as Resource Persons for the programme.He elucidated the eligibility criteria for the various examinations like Banking, TNPSC, SSC, RRB, and UPSC. He opened an interaction with the students about the positions and vacancies available in the government sectors. He also stated that to accomplish these examinations required constant preparation in the following subjects such as Quantitative Aptitude, General English, Logical Reasoning, Banking Awareness, Political Science and General Knowledge.
