Helpline : +91 63841 76766 | 63841 76769Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University doctoral fellowship (DSU-Doctoral Fellowship) shall be awarded to the meritorious full-time research scholars based on the recommendation by the selection committee and approval by the Dean - Centre for Research. A stipend of Rs. 20,000 /- p.m. will be provided by DSU for the eligible candidates. In addition to the stipend, a contingency grant of Rs. 50,000 /- per annum will also be supported to the candidates. The fellowship is provided for the minimum of 2 years and it may be extended for another one year based on the research progress of the Ph.D. scholar. It is encouraged that the candidates should obtain their own funding as a JRF/SRF from UGC, CSIR, etc. Selection of candidates is based on the pre-registration eligibility entrance exam and interview.
