DSU's Central Instrumentation Facility (CIF) is poised to acquire an extensive range of state-of-the-art instruments tailored to propel research in science and technology to unprecedented heights. These cutting-edge instruments and resources will serve as essential aids for future faculty members, research scholars, and students, enabling them to conduct globally competitive research spanning across basic, applied, and medical sciences.

The primary objective of CIF will be to continually expand its facilities, aspiring to establish itself as a cornerstone resource in the country. Beyond infrastructure growth, CIF will aim to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, envisioning itself as a leading hub for groundbreaking analytical research within the nation. Operating under the auspices of DSU's Division of Research and Development, CIF will strive for self-sustainability through revenue generation to ensure the upkeep and enhancement of its suite of instruments."The following Instruments are under procurement process:

  • Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) - To promote innovation and entrepreneurship among young students and to support them through incubation centre for Start-up.
