As Dean – Academics, she is committed to creating a vibrant academic ecosystem that nurtures excellence, fosters innovation, and prepares students to become globally competent professionals.

Her expertise spans academic governance, curriculum innovation, Outcome-Based Education (OBE), accreditation, quality assurance, faculty development, and regulatory compliance. She has successfully led major institutional initiatives aligned with NEP 2020, UGC, AICTE, NBA, and NAAC frameworks, contributing significantly to the academic growth of universities and higher education institutions across India.

A passionate advocate of technology-enabled education, Dr. Brindha has empowered more than 5,000 educators through 160+ Faculty Development Programmes, mentoring academic leaders and promoting innovative pedagogical practices, AI-enabled learning, and continuous quality improvement. Her leadership has also been instrumental in establishing robust academic systems, competency-based faculty development frameworks, and progressive institutional policies.

An accomplished researcher and international speaker, Dr. Brindha has authored numerous Scopus-indexed publications and actively contributes to the advancement of higher education through research, academic leadership, and policy development.
