The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, School of Engineering and Technology, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, successfully organized a Guest Lecture on 24 July 2026 titled "Real-Time to Intelligent: Navigating RTOS, Embedded Domains, and the AI Revolution."
The session was conducted under the esteemed guidance of the University Management and was convened by Dr. Sasikumar Gurumoorthy, Dean i/c, School of Engineering and Technology. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of the Associate Dean, Head of the Department, faculty members, and students.
The keynote session was delivered by Mr. Thamaraiselvan M., Senior Member of Technical Staff, Wind River Systems International Pvt. Ltd. (An Aptiv Company), Bengaluru. The resource person shared valuable insights into the fundamentals and industrial applications of Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), embedded system design, software-defined technologies, and the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in modern embedded systems.
