WORLD BLOOD DONOR DAY AWARENESS PROGRAMME -15TH JUNE 2026 The College of Nursing, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, organized a seminar on “Breaking the Chains: Building a Drug-Free Future” on 25th June 2026 at the Academic Block under the leadership of Dr. Sathiyapriya J., Dean, College of Nursing. The seminar featured expert talks on drug abuse, its impact, prevention and recovery, youth challenges in the digital era, and legal and social perspectives. Around 370 students actively participated in the programme, which successfully enhanced awareness and reinforced the importance of collective efforts in building a healthy, drug-free society. WORLD BLOOD DONOR DAY RALLY-15TH JUNE 2026 On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, an Awareness Programme was conducted on 15.06.2026 at Government Hospital, Srirangam, and Government Hospital, Lalgudi by the College of Nursing. A total of 60 internship students, guided by Mrs. Abinaya S. and Mrs. Shruthi A., actively created awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation through an engaging role play. The programme effectively educated the public and promoted the message of humanitarian service.
