Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University Launches “BYTE BLAZE” Club at Computer Science and Engineering Department, Samayapuram, Tiruchirappalli, July 31, 2025:
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University proudly inaugurated its new student club, “BYTE BLAZE”, under the aegis of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). The event took place at Lecture Hall-II, Academic Block, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The inauguration featured Mr. Madan Mohan Gunasekaran, Director of QMS at Vantiva Broadband & Video, Chennai, as the Resource Person. His insights and expertise inspired the students and faculty members present.
The event was graced by the Chief Patron, Shri A. Srinivasan, Hon'ble Chancellor, and Smt. Ananthalakshmi Kathiravan, Pro Chancellor. Dr. V. Sekar, Dean, School of Engineering and Technology (SET), served as the Program Advisor, while Dr. G. Sasikumar, Associate Dean/SET, acted as the Convenor.
The event was efficiently organized under the leadership of Dr. J. Mercy Geraldine, HoD/CSE, and coordinated by Mrs. D. Kalyani and Mrs. R. Raja Vaishnavi, Assistant Professors in the CSE Department.
The launch of BYTE BLAZE signifies a major step forward in cultivating innovation, technical excellence, and a spirit of creativity among students. The initiative reinforces the university’s commitment to experiential learning, industry collaboration, and nurturing future-ready professionals.
