The International Conference on Allied Health Sciences: Strengthening Cardiac Health through Allied Perspectives – 2026 (ICAHS 2026) was successfully organized by Madras Medical Mission, Chennai, on 5th March 2026. The conference brought together healthcare professionals, academicians, and students to explore multidisciplinary approaches toward improving cardiac health. A total of 74 third-year undergraduate students from the Cardiovascular Technology (CVT) program and 1PG student from the Department of OTAT actively participated in the conference, accompanied by faculty members Mrs. Eswari S. S. and Ms. Vijayashalini K. The conference featured a series of expert lectures delivered by eminent specialists in the field, along with scientific paper presentations, poster presentations, and various competitions. Our PG student participated in poster presentation and secured 1st prize. These sessions offered valuable insights into recent advancements, innovative practices, and collaborative strategies in cardiac care.
