Architects day and Teachers day celebration on 05- Sept-2024

• Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, School of Architecture hosted a combined celebration of Architects’ Day and Teachers’ Day with a vibrant program that honoured the roles of educators and professionals in shaping the built environment by Ar. S.Sathya Vishnu Karthick Dean, School of Architecture and faculty of the School, on 05.09.2024. The event featured prominent speakers including Dr.Jayasudha Member of Doctoral Committee, Anna University and renowned Ar. G. Rajaa, Principal Architect at Signature Design and Chairman, Indian Institute of Architects, Trichy Centre.
• Dr. Jayasudha and Architect Raja, captivated the audience with their insightful discussions. Dr. Jayasudha emphasized the transformative power of mentorship in shaping future architects, while Architect Raja shared valuable perspectives on balancing creativity and functionality in
  architectural design. Both speakers underscored the evolving dynamics between educators and students, advocating for collaboration, critical thinking, and experiential learning as pivotal components of modern architectural education.
• The event featured interactive sessions, where students  and faculty engaged in thought- provoking discussions, reflecting on ways to integrate sustainability, innovation, and technology into their learning processes. Students showcased creative works inspired by the event’s theme.
