ICC - Awareness Programme for First Year SOAS Students - 16th July 2024
An awareness session on Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) was conducted by Dr. V. Thamil Selvi on 16.7.2024 from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm for the first-year arts and science students in their induction programme. 434 students attended the session. The speaker gave a clear picture on what ICC is, it’s functioning, complaining process, redressal, plans, rights of the citizen in India, and women's rights through Power Point Presentation. She also motivated the students to come forward to give a complaint in case of any issues related to Sexual Harassment.
