International Conference on Innovations and Applications of Arti?cial Intelligence in Engineering and Agriculture 2024 Report Department of computer science have organized a 2-day international conference on Innovations and Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Engineering and Agriculture. The main moto of this conference is to provide the wisdom to the students about the AI and its usage. m\Many students from school of engineering and technology, school of management and di?erent colleges around the state have presented their research papers. They are very innovative and thoughtful. The significant part was even Faculties from di?erent departments have presented their papers.

DAY1:

On 5th July 2024 Friday, the Inauguration was initiated by prayer song and lighting the lamp. The lamp was lightened by Our honorable chief guest’s Honorable chief guest Dr.Shyamala K Subramanian University Putra, Malaysia and Dr.D.Sai Satish, CEO Indian servers Private Limited and our registrar Dr.Dhanasekharan Devaraj, our Dean School of Engineering and Technology Dr.Sanjay Singh and behalf of the students Miss Sree Priya 2nd year AI and DS. After the lighting of the lamp, Dean School of Engineering and Technology Dr.Sanjay Singh gave a welcome address to the chief guests as well as the students, faculty members and participants. The presidential address was given by Dr. Dhanasekharan Devaraj our honorable registrar Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University. Mementos were presented to the chief guests by a registrar Dr.Dhanashekaran Devarajan Dr.Sanjay Singh Dean School of engineering and technology.

Then the keynote address was given by Dr. Shyamala K Subramanian University Putra, Malaysia. First, she started with her introduction about her native and her culture and how she came to India for the first time. Then she started about AI the trending technology. Her work on AI was very innovative. She worked on many AI projects and owns a company. She has made everyone to understand that technology usage can change the world and the lives. Her session as well as her journey was very inspired.

The next session was handled by Dr. D. Sai Satish. He has given an expert speech on di?erent AI models. He has shown how AI models work like hugging face.com and Perplexity AI etc. in live how AI works. Everyone got know how to use this di?erent Ai models in di?erent situations. He inspired everyone by his journey of entrepreneurship. This is all about the morning session of this conference.

In the afternoon session, it was time for paper presentations and these were judged by Dr. Shyamala K Subramanian. There are two sessions of paper presentations in which students have presented their own research papers which are very innovative and engaging. The day concluded with national anthem.

DAY2:

The second day had begun with a prayer song and this day’s chief guests are Dr. Shyamala K Subramanian University Putra Malaysia, Dr Loveleen Gaur Taylor University, Malaysia, Dr. U. Srinivasulu Reddy NIT Trichy and Dr. B. Surendran from NIT Pondicherry. Dr Sanjay Singh Dean School of engineering and technology has given the welcome address of day two of this international conference on applications of ai engineering and agriculture. The memento to the morning session’s, chief guest Dr.U Srinivasulu Reddy was presented by Dr.Sanjay Singh Dean School of engineering and technology.

In the first session, Dr. U. Srinivasulu Reddy from Nit Trichy gave an expert speech about Ai in our daily life. Firstly, he started with how AI works and the phenomenon behind the AI. He has shown us the future of AI and how its going to in?uence the human life. He also visually shown us some videos that how a makes our life simpler This whole session was very interactive and interesting.

 
Then Dr. Loveleen Gour from Taylor University, Malaysia has joined the conference virtually and gave an expert speech about AI in environment. She has given a very clear explanation that how technology can save the earth she has given a positive insight about AI that it not only destroys but it can also save the Planet. Her overall talk tells us about her concern about the environment.

The afternoon session was taken over by Dr. B. Surendran from NIT Puducherry. Memento was presented to Dr.B.Surendran NIT Pondicherry by Dr. Sanjay Singh Dean School of engineering and technology.

He has given an expert speech about the ai and its applications. The session was full of AI insights that is how AI is being used in our daily life. He has also told us about the positive usage of AI that is how it’s going to help us and he also gave an important message that AI is not going to replace humans, but it will just help us. The whole session was very interactive and enthusiastic.

The third session of paper presentation was headed by Dr. Shyamala K Subramanian in this session many of the students from other colleges have been participated and shown their and shown their wisdom towards AI.

Lastly, the certificates and prize money were present to the winners by chief guests of the conference. Dr Shyamala K Subramanian and Dr B Surendra first prize was given to Mr. Frank Alvin from Savita College of engineering and technology. Second prize was given Mr.
Thirumoothi K, Dr.V.Thamizhselvi of English department. Third prize was given to Mr.M.Vishal, Mr.R.Sudharshan, A.Yogeshwaran from 1st year IT department. Certificates of appreciation were also distributed by the chief guests to Mr. Vignesh Raja, Mr. V. Arocikia Jashwa, Mr. R. Yokesh from 3rd year IT department; Mr. V. Kumaran, Ms. Niveditha.A, Ms. B. Soujanya from AI department and Mr. U .Sanjay Pradeesan from 1st MCA.

Overall conference was very interesting and engaging. The Vote of thanks to this international conference on applications of AI in engineering and agriculture was given by Dr G Sasikumar, Associate Dean School of engineering and technology. The conference was concluded with National Anthem.
