Inauguration of Association of Data and Software Engineers - 2nd July 2024
The "Inauguration of Association of Data and Software Engineers" was a successful event organized by Dr. N. Shanmuga Priya, Head of Department, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and Mrs. M. Jayasri, Assistant Professor on 2nd July 2024 in the Seminar Hall, SET, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University.
The event was conducted to inaugurate the integration of the three existing clubs of SET, The AI Club, The Cyber Club, the E-Magazine as a single association as the ADSE with a clear vision and mission to foster essential skills and conduct student programmes.
The event started with Tamil Thaivazhthu. Dr. Sanjay Singh, Dean, SET, Dr. Sasikumar Gurumurthy, Associate Dean, SET, Dr. Sathish Kumar, HOD, Computer Science, SET, DSU were the invited guests for the event. II&III year students of AIDS department, SET and other faculty stood as the audience for the “Logo Launch of the ADSE”.
Dr. G. S. Mahalakshmi, Director, Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Anna University, Chennai was the chief guest and prominent speaker of the event. She joined the event through Google Meet and provided the audience with an exquisite insight on the Computer Science Field.
Later, the members of the ADSE and their position in the association were announced. As the President of ADSE, Yugesh Karan, III year, AIDS, SET, DSU proposed the vote of thanks. The successful event ended with the National Anthem.
The organizers appreciated the volunteers and the members of ADSE for conducting the event and making it a success.
