CULINARY CLUB
National Banana Bread Day Celebration on - 23-02-2024
The Culinary club under the aegis of division of Students Affairs, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University organised a fireless cooking competition on the occasion of National Banana Bread day celebration on 23-02-2023. A total of twenty seven teams participated from various Schools of the University. The students exhibited their talents and creativity in preparing sweet and spicy cuisines whose main ingredients were bread and banana. Prof. N. Bobby, Faculty coordinator, Culinary Club organised the event. Dr. Pathma J, Associate Dean Students’ Affairs, Dr. Pechiammal, Dean, School of Paramedical Sciences, Dr. Saranya, Associate Dean Institute of Allied health Sciences, CoE, Dr. N. Prakash, Dr. Vishnu Karthick, Dean , School of Architecture were the dignitaries who graced the event. Dr. Tamil Selvi, Dr. Vijayalakshmi and Dr. Prakash formed the judging panel. First prize was shared by R. Rebekah & Helan from school of physiotherapy and H. Fasila Begum & Thasneema from School of Pharmacy. Second prize was won by R. Anushka & Guhapriya from School of Physiotherapy. Third prize was shared by Siti Fahmida & Nafisha from School of Pharmacy and R.S. Sri Rajharan & Rahul from School of Agricultural sciences.
