Oratorical Contest held on - 06.01.2024
The English Literary Club, under the aegis of Students' Affairs, organised an Oratorical Contest on the Topic - The Role of Youth in Shaping the Future: Challenges and Opportunities. A total of 18 students contested and expressed their thoughts and ideas. This contest provided an excellent platform for the students to showcase their public speaking skills. Ms. Thalluru Harika, II Year, CSE (AIDS), School of Engineering and Technology, Ms. S. Saradha, I Year, BSc (Hons) Agriculture, School of Agricultural Sciences and Ms. P. Yalini Arockia - I Year, CPCM, School of Allied Health and Science bagged the I, II and III prizes respectively. Dr. Pathma J, Associate Dean, Students Affairs, graced the occasion and offered felicitations. Dr. R. Vijayalakshmi, faculty coordinator organised the event with the support from Dr. V. Tamilselvi, Ms. A. Keerthana and Dr. S. Malathi who formed the part of judging panel. Nearly 250 students witnessed the event.
