Value added Course on "Protection against Hospital acquired infection and BMW management" was conducted by the Department of Microbiology, Srinivasan Medical College and Hospital for 45 students from School of Allied Health Sciences, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University for 20 hr between 21.08.2023 and 11.09.2023
Each day of teaching was started with pretest evaluation. And at the end of each day post test evaluation was conducted to analyse the knowledge acquired by the students. The students were taken to CSSD and Biomedical waste storage room and the functioning of the above was explained by the faculty. Certificate for the participants was distributed by the dean at the end of program.
