Department of Physiology & Medical Education Unit of Srinivasan Medical College and Hospital, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University has conducted a Continuing Medical Unit program on Lieu of World Hypertension day on 17.05.2023.
Dr. A.B.Farook Abdullah has addressed the gathering of 150 MBBS, 50 AHS students & 42 faculties from Medical and various disciplines.
Speaker has enlightened various modalities of prevention & management of Hypertension.
The program started with the screening the subjects for modifiable risk factors of Hypertension and their effects on cardiac health were explained to them by students.
At the end, quiz program was conducted and prizes were distributed.
At this moment, we thank the management for supporting us to conduct this event.
