As part of the celebration of World Sight Day on October 8, 2025, our optometry students enthusiastically attended the FORESIGHT’25 Conference, which was organized by Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Porur, Chennai. The conference was attended by 21 students in total, accompanied by faculty coordinators Ms. Srividhya R and Ms. Niranjana V. Our students actively participated in the quiz competition and won second prize among 16 teams. A talent show was conducted in the conference, and our student won first prize in solo dance. Optometry students actively participated in model making and storytelling competitions. The event served as a valuable platform for students to demonstrate their knowledge, creativity, and skills, contributing to both their academic and personal growth.
