The ‘CARVITA 2025’ program was organized by the Department of Cardiovascular Technology, School of Allied Health Sciences, DHANALAKSHMI SRINIVASAN UNIVERSITY SAMAYAPURAM TRICHY, on the theme of "Focusing on the role of cardiovascular technology in improving patient outcomes" on 19th February 2025, at 11 am, in lecture hall 3, 6th floor academic block, DSU, Trichy.
The program commenced with the uplifting note "THAMIL THAI VALZHU," followed by lamp lighting by the dignitaries and chief guest.
The presence of esteemed dignitaries further elevated the event Dr. D. Dhanasekar, Registrar, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, Dr. A. Thulasi, Dean, Srinivasa Medical College and Hospital. Dr.K. Rekha, Associate Dean, of the School of Allied Health Sciences, lent their support, time, and enthusiasm, reinforcing the university’s commitment to academic excellence and innovation. The event drew a diverse audience comprising faculty and students from the School of Allied Health Sciences. Ms. Nihana Najeeb 3rd year CVT student gave the welcome address and set the tone for the program.
Dr. K. Rekha Associate Dean, School of Allied Health Sciences felicitated our chief guests, and presented a memento to Mr. G. Nagarajan, Chief Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, and Voni SmartIoT Team as a token of gratitude.
Ms. Rubasri and Ms. Vanitha IIIrd CT Students embarked with knowledge in the evolution of Electrocardiogram. Followed by Ms. Noor Zaini, Tutor of CVT invited the Voni team to live to demonstrate the smallest ECG device, presented by the visionary Voni smart IOT team. This revolutionary device marks a transformative leap in diagnosing and monitoring cardiovascular diseases.
Additionally, Ms. Bakya, Assistant Professor of CVT delivered the chief guest introduction. Mr. G. Nagarajan started his expertise on " Focusing on the role of the cardiovascular technologist" which undoubtedly created an impact on the gathering. His lecture helped attendees understand the Roles and responsibilities of cardiovascular vascular technologists.
Finally, the vote of thanks was given by Ms. S Varsha, Assistant professor of the department of CVT. The event ended with the national anthem.

Rekha Dean, School of Allied Health Sciences, and Mrs. Eswari S.S, Assistant Professor, Cardiovascular Technology. We Department of Cardiovascular Technology sincerely thank MR.
