The National Legal Services Day Programme was organized by The School of Law, Dhanlakshmi Srinivasan University, Samayapuram on 9th November 2023 in Lecture hall-2 at 11:30AM. Chief guest Mr. A.B Naseer Ali, secretary/sub judge, District Legal Service Authority, Tiruchirappali District was invited. Welcome address was given by Mr. P. Ragubalan, Dean-Incharge. The event began with Tamil Thai Vazhthu. P. Ishwariya, student of School of Law introduced the Chief Guest. The honouring of guest was done by Dr. Sanjai Singh, Dean School of Engineering and Dr. Rekka, Associate Dean school of Allied Health Science. The chief guest began his speech with the meaning of "Legal Service"
The Chief Guest says about the Legal Service Act that marked that Trichy District is also having Legal Service Officers. Starting from Taluk till Supreme Court committees are working for services and mentions that the students can avail helps from that the students can avail helps from there and they are ready to give platforms for them. The vote of thanks was given by Dr. J.D. Aarthi Dakshana. The event was ended with National Anthem.
The National Legal Services Day program conducted successfully with the coordination of the Faculties and students.
