NSS - UBA Activity Baseline Survey at Perakambi Village VIII - 19th July 2024

The students of NSS Unit of School of Engineering and Technology have taken a baseline survey at Perakambi village on 19th July 2024 from 10.30 am to 2.00 pm as a part of the Unnath Bharath Abhiyan scheme. Dr Sanjay Singh, Dean, School of Engineering and Technology, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, Trichy, felicitated the gathering and insisted the students that how to approach the people in the village and usage of taking this baseline survey. 100 NSS student volunteers were involved in the activity and completed the baseline survey for more than 160 households in that village. During the activity, Dr P Geetha, Associate Professor and Head of ECE department, Dr R Sathiya Shanthi, Assistant Professor of Mathematics, NSS Coordinator of School of Agricultural Sciences, UBA Member, Dr S Dineshkumar, Assistant Professor in Agricultural Extension, School of Agricultural Sciences and Dr M Anu, Assistant Professor of Chemistry, School of Engineering and Technology were accompanying the students and guided the students to get the survey. NSS Coordinator of School of Engineering and Technology, Dr R Meganathan, Professor, Department of Mathematics, organized the activity along with the UBA Coordinator, Dr S Pradeepa, Associate Professor, community Medicine, Srinivasan Medical College and Hospital.
