Department of computer science and engineering organized workshop on Exploring Transformative Applications of ML innovations in Healthcare, Drug Discovery and Agriculture 9th May 2024 during 10.00am to 12.30 noon. Resource person Dr. U Srinivasulu Reddy, associate professor, department of computer application at National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. Prof. Dr. U. Srinivasulu Reddy explained about basics of Machine learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence in addition with applications of Machine Learning and Deep Learning such as Healthcare industry, Drug discovery and Agriculture. The workshop is inaugurated and felicitation given by Dr Sanjay Sigh dean of School of Engineering and Technology. Associate Dean Dr G Sasikumar, and Dr N Shanmugapriya grace the workshop. Welcome address given by Dr N Kumaran, Associate professor in the department of computer science engineering, finally vote of thanks given by Dr M Muthupandi, Assistant Professor in the department of computer science and engineering, totally around 150 students are participated in the workshop which includes students of third year and second AIDS, CSE, Cyber Security, ECE and Agriculture.

Resource person Dr. C. Ramasamy @ Sankar Ram, AP/CSE, Anna university, BIT campus, Tiruchirappalli. Dr C Ramasamy @ Sankar Ram, explained about basics of Python, applications of Python installation of Python software, and demo programs.
