DE NOVO MOOT COURT COMPETITION ( 12th to 14th JULY 2023 )

The Moot Court Competition was organized by the School of Law, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, Trichy. The competition was held from 12th July to 14th July 2023. All the law Students participated in the preliminary round conducted on 12th July 2023. Eight teams were selected for the quarter-finals and four teams for the semi-finals held on 13th July 2023. The final round took place on 14th July 2023 and was judged by Mr. Pragash, Advocate, Madras High Court, Madurai Bench.  The Team codes Novo2306 on the appellant side and Novo2324 on the respondent side had participated in the final round of competition. The winner of the competition is Jawahar K.M and Abinaya Sundari M of B.A., LL. B (Hons.). The runner up of the Competition is S. Roshini, S. Thiruptika, S. Madhumitha of BBA., LL. B (Hons.).  The Best Memorial awarded to A. Akshaya of cash prize Rs. 1000 with certificate. The Best Researcher awarded to R. Monisha of a cash prize of Rs. 1000 with a certificate. The Best Speaker was awarded to R.Stalin with a cash prize of Rs.1000 with a certificate. The Valedictory Ceremony was held on 14th July 2023 at 3.30 P.M. The Chief Guest of the Function was Dr.M. Ravichandran, Registrar, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, Trichy. He addressed the gathering and distributed the Prizes.
