Event Rules

• • Exceeding the time limit will lead to negative marks.

  • Vulgarity, offensive language, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

  • Political or religious content that may hurt sentiments should be avoided.

  • Props are allowed but must be arranged by participants.

  • Dangerous objects (fire, glass, sharp weapons) are strictly not permitted.

  • Recorded background music/effects must be submitted in advance.

  • Decision of the judges will be final and binding.

  • Participants must report at least 30 minutes before the event.

  • Teams must maintain discipline backstage.

   

  Music & Technical Requirements

  • Background music must be submitted in MP3 format.

  • File name format: EventName_TeamName

  • Music should be submitted at least 1 day before the event.

  • Participants must carry a backup copy (Pen Drive).

  • Only standard sound system and basic microphones will be provided.

  • Special lighting requests must be informed in advance.

  • Participants must check audio during rehearsal time.
